1. Definitions

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any funds or winnings. Acceptable forms of identification include Indonesian National Identity Card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk - KTP), passport, or driver's license issued by an Indonesian authority.

4. Account Registration and Responsibilities

4.1 Registration Process

This restriction applies per person, per household, per residential address, per email address, per payment method, and per IP address. If vip500 detects multiple accounts linked to the same individual, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void any bets or transactions, and forfeit all balances including deposits and winnings.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your Account details with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you accept full responsibility for such activity. 4.4 Accurate Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and thereafter is true, accurate, current, and complete. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of funds.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

vip500 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through the following payment methods: bank transfer via BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual transactions may be subject to limits imposed by your financial institution or payment provider.

All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be rejected or returned. Processing times vary by payment method: bank transfers during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00 WIB) typically credit your Account within 5 minutes; e-wallet deposits are generally instant. vip500 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your Account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account name used for your most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations. If the original deposit method is unavailable for withdrawals, alternative arrangements may be made at vip500's discretion after verification.

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (Know Your Customer - KYC) procedures. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds require submission of identity documents. Standard withdrawal processing time is up to 24 hours for verified accounts, though many requests are completed same-day. Unverified accounts or withdrawals pending documentation may experience longer processing times. vip500 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your receiving bank may impose incoming transfer charges.

5.3 Wagering Requirements on Deposits

To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, all deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time at minimum odds before a withdrawal can be processed. This means if you deposit Rp 1,000,000, you must place bets totaling at least Rp 1,000,000 before requesting a withdrawal. Deposits that have not met this minimum wagering requirement may be subject to administrative fees if withdrawn prematurely.

5.4 Verification and Anti-Money Laundering

vip500 operates in full compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) and combating the financing of terrorism (CFT) regulations. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify the source of your funds, your identity, or the legitimacy of your transactions. 6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

6.2 Wagering Requirements

6.4 Opt-In and Opt-Out

7. Use of the Platform

Any violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vip500 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of vip500 services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain types of damages, so some or all of the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, vip500's liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless vip500 and its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use or misuse of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms and Conditions; (c) your violation of any third party rights, including intellectual property rights; (d) any fraudulent or illegal activity conducted through your Account; or (e) any claim that your use of the Platform caused damage to a third party.

13. Account Closure and Termination

13.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in your Account. vip500 is not responsible for any funds left in closed accounts. Please note that closure of your Account does not absolve you of any obligations under these Terms, including any outstanding wagering requirements on bonuses.

13.2 Involuntary Termination

vip500 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent activity, cheating, or collusion
• Failure to provide required verification documents
• Suspicious or irregular betting patterns
• Abusive behavior toward staff or other players
• Extended periods of Account inactivity
• Request by law enforcement or regulatory authorities

In the event of Account termination for breach of these Terms, any funds in your Account may be forfeited, and any pending bets may be voided. vip500 is not liable for any losses or damages arising from Account suspension or termination.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vip500 is licensed, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to or use of the Platform shall be instituted in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, and you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. The invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity, legality, or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement
